I'm working on a micro-project with Pierre, Joris and Maurille.
It concerns the creation of an agency which offers to professionals of leisure practices a diagnostic about their structure and advices to develop their activity. A basic office of advices, stop its job after the diagnostic. The added value of this project is not to finish our job after the diagnostic but to organise the events that we advice to the professional. And i think that is a very pertinent added value.

We already have a client, an hostel near Aydat which problem is the seasonality of its activity.
Concerning the work we have to provide, we have to be careful about the fact that we have 2 diagnostics to make! One for the creation of the agency, and the second for our client...
