2nd Day of #wolweek

Today I'd like to tell you how I learnt english from the beginning of my school years.
As you can see, my english is not perfect, indeed I'm french, I never lived in another country and my only approach of English is very academic.
The first time I had some "English" at school was at primary school. My teacher was a woman who (I can say it now with my adult vision) was not a real english teacher. She spoke english and she knew how to speak english so she was legitimate to teach english to french children which have 8 or 10 years old.
After, at secondary school, I had real English teachers and it was so funny and pleasant to learn English with them.
After, I went to high school and I started to study some text in English and for me it was a little bit harder. However I still love english.
I carried on study English in higher education and as you see I still learning this language. But the way to learn english this year is different from before, indeed, this year the "teacher" make us understand that communicate in English is the better way to learn this language !

What about you ? How do you learn english (or another language) ? Do you like it ?

Share with me your language experience ! :-)

  1. I really start to learn English by travelling to England, I wrote my story here http://winck.org/blog/2015/11/travelling-journal-1975-2-meeting-asia-in-london/

I think your style and roadmap are perfect. Would be nice to have some foreign advisers to your microproject with whom you communicate in English.
