I think this is a very interesting quotation. Indeed, i agree with what he said. For me it means that we are always learning about everything, that we never know everything.

Even if sometimes you feel that you are wrong, don't worry about it, it is the continuation of your learning. 

I agree that it is very comfortable to stay in situations that we know because we don't have to make an effort. But it is when we have difficulties that we learn something more.

To conclude i think it's very important to have this quotation in mind. Don't forget that you're not losing, you're learning !
